FCM110-09 PVC Coil Mat features a flexible, three-dimensional PVC loop surface designed to capture loose dirt and moisture from footwear. Also known as PVC spaghetti matting, the material is commonly used for commercial entrance mats, covered walkways and cut-to-size floor protection.
Supplied primarily in rolls, this 9 mm PVC coil matting is suitable for wholesalers, distributors and mat fabricators. FXH supports customized dimensions, material weight, colors and backing options according to production requirements.
Low Calcium Carbonate Formula – Our mats use a special formula with reduced calcium carbonate, which ensures stronger elasticity, longer lifespan, and resistance to cracking compared with ordinary coil mats.
Soft & Flexible Material – The mats can be pressed, connected, and laid flat without deformation, making installation easy and seamless.

FXH manufactures PVC coil matting by forming continuous PVC loops through an extrusion process. For solid-backed versions, the coil layer is bonded to a PVC backing to create a combined entrance mat structure.
Production checks cover material weight, thickness, roll dimensions, color consistency, coil appearance and backing quality. Additional performance testing can be arranged according to customer specifications and applicable testing requirements.
