Houston Logo Mat uses precision-cut inlay construction rather than surface printing. Different colored sections of PP matting material are cut according to the approved artwork and assembled to form the logo, text or graphic as part of the mat surface.
The pineapple-textured PP pile provides a coarse, structured entrance surface for collecting loose dirt and debris from footwear, while the PVC backing supports the finished mat construction. Beveled edge options are available for finished entrance mat applications.
The inlay process is particularly suitable for corporate logos, text and geometric graphics with clearly separated colors. For photographic images, gradients or artwork containing very fine details, a printed logo mat may be a more suitable option.
